What You Need to Know

COVID-19 Update and How You Can Help

At this time, we have no reason to believe that anyone served by or employed with Vincentian has been infected with COVID-19. We urge everyone to practice social distancing and stay at home as much as possible during the next 14 days. Please visit the CDC COVID-19 website for the most up-to-date information.

Vincentian Child Development Center and Marian Manor Childcare Closed for Next 14 Days

Following recommendations from Allegheny County, Vincentian Child Development Center and Marian Manor Child Care will close for 14 days beginning on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Parents’ accounts will not be charged for any days that the childcare centers are closed. We will continue to pay staff during the time that the centers are closed.

All Non-Essential Visitors Prohibited at Vincentian Senior Communities

Vincentian’s Skilled Nursing Facilities and Personal Care Homes are complying with the federal mandate to prohibit all non-essential visitors from entering our buildings. We are working with residents and families to coordinate alternate methods of communications (Skype, FaceTime, Video Conferencing, etc.) so that residents may stay in touch with their loved ones.

Vincentian’s Continued Focus on Mission

The health, well-being, happiness and spiritual fulfillment of those we serve remains central to our mission. Our teams will continue to provide high quality, compassionate care to Vincentian residents during this unprecedented public health crisis. Please contact Laurie Cannella, Vice President of Clinical Excellence at 412-592-7960 or lcannella@vcs.org with any questions.
